COVID-19 Customer Service Updates + Delivery Times




We are happy to announce that we have reopened our Philadelphia & NYC Showrooms by appointment only. An appointment is required for all services including; browsing the collection, custom design, custom project approvals, order pickups and dropping off a resize, repair or return. Please email with any questions you may have prior to booking an appointment.

We are also continuing to take virtual appointments for custom and collection jewelry.

We take your health and our health seriously and have implemented the below policies to ensure everyone's safety in our Philadelphia & NYC Showrooms:

We are open with one appointment at a time and are permitting only a maximum of 4 people in showroom space at one time, including Bario Neal staff at our Philadelphia location and a maximum of 3 people at our NYC location. We have built-in extra time between appointment bookings to clean and sanitize any jewelry, equipment, and cases used during the prior appointment.

All Bario Neal employees wear face masks when working in the studio and showroom. When working with customers in the showroom, we will wear a plastic face shield in addition to the cloth mask.

All customers must wear a mask for an in-store appointment or curbside pick-up.

We ask that all customers use hand sanitizer before trying on any jewelry and will keep a safe 6ft of distance with customers throughout the appointment.

In addition to running our HVAC system, we have a HEPA air purifier in our showroom to protect our air quality.

Our showroom is professionally cleaned each week and we wipe down our workspaces and handles at the end of each day.
